The Chakras are our energy centers and each chakras is responsible for different emotions, aspects of our life, and parts of our physical body. The energy from our Chakras is transferred via our energy pathways called Meridians, which then supply energy to our different organs and cells in our body. If a Chakra or meridian is blocked, disease, illness and emotional issues start to show up. Blockages can be caused by trauma, past stuff, thoughts, belief systems and the environment and it's the bodies way of showing us that there's a problem that needs to be addressed.

Since 2006 I have been on a path to learn more and through comprehensive study, focus and years of spirited dedication, I have completed numerous accredited healing techniques that synchronize to give a set of healing skills that help you to heal yourself, after all the best healer lives inside you. After my 1st Reiki degree in the Usui System of Natural Healing, I furthered into the Touch for Health Synthesis of Kinesiology (IKC). I'm pleased to be internationally recognized with the IKC. Before continuing my Reiki advancement, I obtained certification and practice in Hot Stone Massage & Indian Head Massage, deepening my understanding of the softer mechanical side of the human body.
I reached my final Reiki Master degree after successfully completing my 2nd and 3rd degrees of Reiki studies and practice.
As a Reiki master’s life is dedicated to growth and development of the humans mind, body and spirit which we use in the healing process,
I went on further to study and practice Past Life Regression and Hypnotherapy under Internationally recognized John Dutton. He accredited me with qualifications and training in order to allow me to use these techniques.
My purpose is to work with the mind and the body to help connect you to your inner being, giving you the tools you need to help you create connection and wellness throughout your life, through self-healing methods, techniques and support.
