When you are feeling overwhelmed and trapped by fear, worry and insecurity how do you get yourself out of it and let things be easy.
Emotion follows thought, so when you think a thought you have an emotional reaction to it. The more you focus on it the more energy you create around it. If you are having a negative thought, you may like to break the cycle by stopping the energy you are feeding it. When you stop thinking about the very thing that is worrying you and change your focus to something that feels more pleasant, you begin to raise your vibration and therefore your point of attraction. If you focus your thoughts on something that feels good to you for 17 seconds, another more positive thought will follow it. So change your focus by: *listing a few things that have been going well for you. *Listing a few things that are working out for you. *Remembering times when things worked out perfectly for you. *Look for opportunities to feel good. |
