1. Place left hand over heart.
    Take right hand fingers extended upward to right side of head, placing palm next to right ear.
Breathe deeply 4 times in this position.

2. Move right hand to back of head.
Breathe deeply 4 times in this position.

3. Place right hand over right side of chest.
   Take left hand fingers extended upward to left side of head, placing palm next to left ear.
Breathe deeply 4 times in this position.


4. Move left hand to forehead, placing fingers pointing up to the top of your head.
Breathe deeply 4 times in this position
 
Doing this exercise daily allows energy, oxygen and cerebral fluid to run freely through the suture lines in your skull, keeping these junctures flexible and your memory sharp.
